Value beats cheap. We focus on reliable repairs, correct parts, and tidy workmanship — backed by post-service support. We aim to be competitive, but we don’t price match or cut corners. We run a sustainable business so we’ll be here when you need us next season and the season after.
Why we don’t offer free quotes
Every system and fault is different, and troubleshooting can’t be priced blindly. Instead of free quotes, we provide clear estimates and transparent hourly rates. You’ll always know the plan before we proceed, and most faults are diagnosed and repaired in a single visit.
Our services include parts and labour warranties, along with post-service support that exceeds most competitors.
Standard Rates
- Call-out & pre-service: $95 — covers travel plus pre-service assessment & preparation (includes up to ~20 minutes on arrival to assess/setup).
- Labour – one technician: $125 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
- Two-person team: $165 per hour (senior + junior). Wherever possible we attend as a team — it’s significantly more time- and cost-efficient for you.
Parts & Materials
Parts and materials are billed at RRP + ~20%. This covers sourcing, stock holding and handling, and our warranty administration. If a part fails under warranty, we cover not just the part, but also the labour to remove, exchange and replace it.
Fixed-Price Services
- Controller swap (like-for-like): from $249 + controller
- Smart controller upgrade (B-hyve / Hydrawise / similar): from $349 + controller
- Smart controller upgrade + Wi-Fi setup & app training: from $449 + controller
- Solenoid valve locate & replace: from $199 + parts
Final price confirmed on site after pressure/layout checks and parts selection.
How billing works
